those projector headlights reminds me a Infiniti(nissian)Q45 in US, they had lights on them which looks awesome....

Not sure about did he mod the engine or other things.

According to the out look:
Alloy wheels: at least AU$1200
Body Kit: at least AU$1500
extral head lights: at least AU$100
Window visor: at least AU$80
Spring: at least AU$800 (I think he did low down the car, so at least change the spring)
Sticker: at least AU$200

So i guess total: AU$3880
