d16y8 turbo no revs

heys guys just put a turbo d16y8 motor in my bros eg now the car idles but no revs, ive got the stock ecu hook up and been told it would run fine just no boost but no revs it just cuts out any ideas im thinking its the ecu but need help

what injectors are u running? Does it still have the turbo on it?

i got h22 injectors, the car had a d15 auto motor in it b4 removed that motor and everything, and put the turbo motor in it

if its just a small turbo kit, wouldnt have to worry about injectors, could also be fuel pump?

its got a t28 ball bearing turbo apparently the motor is built, might swap the walbro fuel pump that i have in my car and see

ECU more likely is flooding.

Stock ECU will put enough so that stock injectors will run. On boost it will go into limp mode when it sees boost.

With H22 injectors your flooding as the same % opening will be giving almost double the fuel
