toda spec c cams. HOW MUCH DID YOU GAIN?

Anyone got spec c cams on their k20? Any advice on how much i should be getting? help please!

yes, i do..... dont forget the valve springs and retainers. You will need kpro or k100 or an aftermarket ecu and a tune to run these cams.

Also look at upgrading intake and intake manifold (rbc/ skunk), exhaust manifold (toda make a really nice item) and exhaust before fitting the cams otherwise you will see lesser results.

What result you get will be greatly affected by the above, and your tune.

as mattyd suggested, you will need all those supporting mods for spec c's...but in saying that...it's all in the tune...
