    How i know when vtec kicks in

    I have a Integra and i was wondering how i know when vtec kicks in

    It's gotta have vtec first in order for it to kick in

    depending what kind of integra you have it might not even have VTEC. If your car does have VTEC take it up over 5500rpm and you should be able to hear the crossover and feel the power gain. Get a nice intake on it and its music to the ears

    It's a Type R. I hear it go much louder when i get up in the high revs

    it's a type-R and you have no idea how vtec sounds?

    lol, yeh the loudness is it, goes all the way to 8500rpm in your car. Becarefull, its addictve
