Is it for show or daily listening to music whilst driving?
Mine is Civic EK sedan and I just put the amp in the boot, and the subs in ported box facing the cabin. Since yours is hatch, might be a good idea to face the sub to the boot.

Not just that, the heat aswell...
But if it has a fan it should be alright (unless it's BOSS)

I would say there or on your sub box or in the boot screwed into the chassis!

Ooops.. yeah.. sorry.. forgot that you got a hatch, cause mine is the sedan ops:

Well, depending on the sub box, you can mount it on the sub box side

Or mount it upside down under the parcel tray.... but might not be good if the amp doesn't have fan to get the heat out

err.. does the parcel tray lift up with the boot?

but the cover has to have pores/holes to dissipate the heat. Cover it with black fabric.
