    D series twin carb, 89 CRX

    What engine code are these as i have no idea and a mate needs 1?

    Are you sure its twin carb? only motor I can think of is D15B4, in the ED and early EGs. Not sure about CRX.

    Also, couldn't you just look at what motor came out of the CRX? or look on your rego papers. Should have the engine code on it which will be something like D15B4123456. First four characters will be engine code. If its registered that is.....

    All crx's were twin cam efi 1.6's what u on about Leo

    they were d16a8 in the ed8 which chances is your mates one.

    Not true benni darling.There was a carbi model,its a import but ive seen a few in Aus..You also have the sir b16a models as well

    Slaz get on crxaustralia someone should be able to help u on there

    I am mistaken, its is in fact a civic, but it is a twin carb, 89 model auto shit heap, im just going to try and locate an engine for it and him.

    Just throught i'd post that the 1.5X is the model of CRX that came with the twin carb single cam D series engine.

    i think that model was just a Dual Carb ZC from memory. Friend here had one.

    Your friend has an (imported) EF6 CRX, with a dual-carb D15B motor

    I don't think the ZC's came in 1.5L capacity except for the later model 3 stage vtec models.

    The 1.6L twin carb (single cam) ZC's were only in the Integras.

    EDIT: was definitely a d15b
