buying a jazz... need some advise.

Hey guys been scouting out a daily, the Jazz's front bar seems to have a hole on the passengers side?

    Is that normal?

Im looking at the 2004 GD VTI model.

I plan to put a simple lip kit onto it.

Is there a major difference from Vti-S vs VTi ?

Also with the different models/years is it the same as other hondas, facelift vs prefacelift? i cant see any big difference from photos!

Hole on the passenger side as in the place for the tow hook? Different between VTi and VTi-S is mainly the kit + fogs, leather wheel, different seat material. Mostly cosmetic. Prefacelift and facelift have a totally different front bar, so take that into consideration when choosing your lip kit since the lips and grills are pretty specific. (Some can only be put in a facelifted VTi-S etc)

There are the other things such as antenna placement, folding mirrors but only the 06+ Thai built has these. 05 facelift models are a mix of thai facelift (06+) and prefacelift (01 - 04), having the "features" of the pre-facelift with the body of the facelift.

Ah alright so if I get a 2004 vyi model the lip kit and wing from a vtis is interchangable

yeh looks like tow hook, ok I guess some people lost or it's been stolen I guess

There is a metal cover for it, personally I havn't had the need to remove it. The tow hook comes with the standard issue tool kit, so be sure to check it before purchase. If you do get a facelift jazz give m@lew a pm, he has a mugen lip for sale.

id spend a few hundred bucks more to get the VTi-s facelift. much nicer.
old prefacelift lip kit? what? mugen lip kit only available here.

facelift starts from 10/04. if you do get the facelift VTi. goodluck finding a lip kit for it.

i prefer the facelift, nicer interior fabric, steering wheels, tacho, headunit, overall nicer than the prefacelift.

I've got an 05 VTI and I bought the OEM Honda Lip Kit, side skirts and rear spoiler for the VTI ( specifically for the VTI ).
