Thread: Wheels.

  1. #25
Apologies for hijacking the thread. I'm also looking at wheels at the moment for my s2000. The buddyclub qf's I'm looking at come in 17x8 with +35 offset. Is that too aggressive (i.e will the wheel come out of the guards). Intend to keep standard suspension and camber.

thats too aggressive. i'll stick out.

i'm running +45 and it's right on the edge. -2 deg front, and -2.5 rear. need more camber. hahaha and a roll. stock suspension.

Thanks. Looks like I'll have to keep looking for something suitable.

    8 + 35 is what I roll on.

FOlded fenders, and about 2.8 degrees negative camber, however I'm on an 18" rim.

17" you will piss it in ; if thats the look you want.

Easy fit, but that all depends on your offset... what offset are they. If they are less than +45, you may have some issues. As ride height and whether your guards are rolled, these are all important factors.

It does help to try different rims on before purchasing one otherwise your never really sure how it will look. I'd like to fit 17x9 front and back to fit a wider tyre for when I take it down to Winton every once and awhile.

It's an agressive offset, it will stick out a bit.
