what are those things on the front bumper

on my 06 Euro luxury there a 2 devices mounted on the front bumper in front of each headlamp. You can pull them up manually and there is a jet like apperatus which look like a water nozzle but I can find any reference to them in the manual anywhere. What are they and what do they do?

great thanks for that. I suspected thats what they were but I haven't yet worked out how to use them. As I said there doesn't appear to be any reference to them in the users manual or any dash control for them.

theyre there for your HID's and my understanding is that they are required by ADR's for any car that is fitted with HID's

    dunno how they work though

they work by having your headlights on when you activate the screen washers as normal. If your headlights are on they pop up and squirt, but yeah still useless.
