    no its the OEM honda access ek4 lip, it flairs out a little bit at the bottom

    u used to be able to order from Honda directly, it came as an accessory with a matching rear lip for EK4s when u bought them new, now its all sold out in Australia, and they are very hard to find, your best bet is to wait for 2nd hand ones, but like type r lips, they are treasured, lol but best of luck!

    I just bought the Mugen lip and I just Love it,better than what I thought it would be.
