    skunk 2 throttle body

    hey guys i instaled the skunk 2 throttle body to my skunk 2 intake manafold running it in a b18c2 all sweet but the throtle just wont open up all the way just needs that little bit of a push, opens up quiet a bit just has 5mm to go, anyways changed the accelerator cable to a type r one, no good any ideas guys?

    could u full throttle manually?
    at least you can narrow down where the problem is comming from

    most like the cabe needs changing

    yes i can manually and i already changed the cable

    same thing happens when u changed the cable?

    you need to adjust the nuts on the throttle cable, slide and/ or modify the bracket used to mount the cable on the IM.

    -_- already tryed tht i played with the cable nits bolts tightend it losend it done it all chnged the accelerator cable, is there any possibility its my accelerator peddle? bec it feels like theres a empty point in it

    tryed that to moved it still has that verry little bit left to go

    Can U cut a hole in the carpet where the pedal contacts the carpet,just a small one.

    Not what ya really want to be doing but...

    if ur talking about the type r 4 pce carpet y would i need to cut it i just removed it but if ur talking about the one pce carpet dont see why i would need to cut a hole in it havent herd if this before its a original carpet shouldnt be doing this due to the carpet
