New Project help (been out of the loop)

I just bought my sister's 1994 civic vti sedan, it's auto and has a blown engine.

I want to do an engine and transmission conversion, but i haven't been into honda's for a while, and don't know where to start, i don't know much about the new engines i'm still in the b16a2 time frame, but i know i want a quick NA straight from the box.

Can someone give me my options please, particularly anything about the Ks
