    Dc2r temperature problems

Hey guys I have a bit of a problem with my dc2r, about a month ago I recieved my car back from the panel beaters (front end accident). After recieving my car back I had realised it heaps up quite quickly, soon after I realised the radiator fan was not turning on. So I checked to see if the a/c fan would turn on and bam both fans turn on when a/c is run. Also if I run the heater with a/c on for 5-10 minutes the temperature almost sits on nothing. Could this be a thermostat problem or have the panel beaters done something terribly wrong with the wiring?

When my care came back from the panel beaters after an front end repair (rad support, bumper, fender and bonnet etc.) was replaced
I asked if they bled the coolant - says they did
Come home and my coolant is bubbling when i turn off car - **** this
    Drain/new coolant and bled RIGHT

Go to panel beaters next day for further repairs
tell the boss 'your worker doesn't know how to bleed honda cooling systems'
    Gives me a surprised look

As far as I can tell there is no air in the coolant, and the fan is plugged in. Although on the weekend I will replace coolant and give that a try
