    ayy guys is it okay to thrash my integra around with a stock Exhaust system?

    hi guys is it okay to thrash my integra VTIR 1994 around with a stock exhaust, And just wondering
    if i am bottle knecking the motor at all, i have done CAI but thats it and i give it alot.

    ANd also What is the size of the stock exhaust from CAT-BACK is it 2.25 inch???

    Also could i track race my integra with a stock exhaust system aswell?

    just warm up the car properly (drive around for 8-12 mins going easy on the motor)

    water and oil temps should be up

    then give it a good thrashing..

    stock exhaust or aftermarket makes no difference.. you can track anything

    stock size is 2 inches i think

    ^^ As above,let it warm up first to get the oil temp up,then go for it.

    just cause your water/engine temps are good, duznt mean ur diff/driveshafts are up to temp as well


    cold drivetrain could lead to early failure

    Driving semi hard = 5 mins warm up.

    Thrashing it = 10-12 minutes.

    How's that?

    hahaha good advice guys. but in any way, i wouldn't "thrash" my car. I will call it "exploring its hidden potentials" haha - my useless 2cents
