Unhappy Odyssey 2005 - Fuel Filter Change?

    Hi

Has anyone had any experience with changing the fuel filter on the 2005 2.4l Odyssey?

Not sure where it is or what problems I will encounter changing it. Special tools etc.

    Can anyone assist?

No special tools required other than a socket set and some rags. You will need to pull out the fuel pump relay so that you can start the engine to relieve the pressure on the fuel line.

    Thank you both for that.

Is there a trick in removing the fuel line attachment from the fuel pump sender unit? This was real pain on my Mazda 323.

No trick. I got it out at first go. If I remember correctly, you just squeeze the white part and it should unclip from the blue part. Then you get petrol in your face and mouth.
