might be a nub question but i have never owned recaros before.

are the fabrics on SR3s in one piece, or comes in parts when needed replacement. i.e bolster in one piece, back in one piece and the seating in one piece

Separate pieces, like a suit, so u can replace worn sections
I was wary as well but if ur not a retard and have tools then u can do it
just set aside time, read the diy guide and it should be straightforward, good luck

    These guys did my bolster:

It costed me $88, incl labour + the right bolster, which I thought was very resonably priced. My fabric is in excellent condition, so it turned out a treat. Once you notice a bit of sagging, its a good idea to change it, as the fabric will just keep on rubbing and eventually creating a hole, and Alacantra (sp?) is not a cheap material.

Yeh I got quoted $88 for the bolster foam from IdealSeat. Best option is to get it from Capital Seating (approx. AU $60 delivered on Ebay).

Someone should get in touch with a foam manufacturer and get these made in bulk!
