    EG6 Honda Access Front Lip

I did a search for this but couldn't find what I needed.
I went into Honda and got myself an EG6 Front Lip(for my EG4 Hatch), but it's not fitting as well as others I've seen.
My understanding is that it should fit all the way up over the exposed plastic at the base of the front bumper to meet flush with the bottom of my paint.
My lip isn't reaching that far up, is there a trick to it?

yeh thats normal man, i asked the same thing we i first got mine. reason you dont see the black line on most US hondas, they get resprays. its all good man, just try push it up as much as you can and either screw/zip tie the ends of the lip.

    Thanks, bit disappointing really.
I looked EGK24A and it appears to have little to no gap before and after respray.

bar has Honda markings and make dates on it.

    mines exactly the same man

all you do is, as your screwing it onto the bumper push the lip upwards and tighten the bolt. I still have a small gap, will take a photo and upload tomorrow

    still looks goot
