    Talking 4xLCD screens + laptop

    Hello,

So I've got a Honda civic 92 sedan. Where can I buy and install some cheap small LCD screens that I can hook upto my laptop which I'm going to keep in my car. Also what about the battery etc..

    Hello,

You will be able to purchase LCD screens from Jaycar:

    Or

    Ebay

In order to connect them to your laptop, it will vary depending on what OUTPUTS you have on your laptop. You will most likely need to buy a different types of adaptor (S-video/RCA) to cater for the video plugs that the LCD screens use, on top of that you will probably need splitters to cater for all 4 LCDs.

You will also need a car inverter in order to charge your laptop.

To run sound, you will either need an AUXillary port on your headunit in order to run it into the car, or if your car doesnt have an aftermarket headunit, use one of those casset things that allow you to plug it in.

A pretty expensive exercise if you ask me, but each to their own

    Hope that helps.

to connect directly to laptop i used something like this one with my old set up. it has a VGA adapter that connected straight to my laptop pretty simple u just need a splitter to connect more than 1 screen, biggest waste of time and money in my opinion, cos the only point of having more than 1 screen is to watch por... movies right? with so might as well get a dvd player.
