Windows sticking on a hot day!

I have an 06 Euro.
And on hot days when I get in my car and open the windows, the window jams for a few seconds until it can in grip from the sill.
Has anyone had this problem and is there an easy fix?
I'm sure it can't be good for the actuator to struggle like that.

Silicone spray or dry lube.

Spray it through the channels. I find mine needs to be done every 6 months.

Dry lube. Never heard of it. I'll have to try them.
