17x8.5 +30 for Dc2R?

I used to have advan rg in 17x8.5+30.. I got them from spl k. He had a k swapped dc2.. I dunno how much camber he was running, but he said he scrubbed alot. I believe 17 are way too big for dc2.. 16" ftw.. Pretty sure 16" should clear your sump

17s are ok... more choices for tyres although depending on the design of the rims.
16s any styles of rims will look good but lesser choice of tyres.
