Not sure if this thread belong here, so if a mod wants to move it to the proper place then it'd be great.

    Anyway, here's the question:
my euro comes with Dunlop SP Sport 2050M tyres. Are these good tyres? I know sh*t about tyres. If I'm not mistaken, euro comes standard with michellin tyres, but I guess this is up to the dealer to select which tyres to provide?

Also, if I want to change the tyres down the track, which tyres brand should I look for?

Are they good tyres for you? Have you found their limit yet? Thats all I'd care about.

If they suit your application then they are a good tyre. Don't forget that a good tyre to one person may not be a good tyre to another; one may value low treadwear, whilst another may value cornering ability or wet weather stopping.

Of course, you do want a tyre which exceeds your expectations in the event of an emergency. I can say my tyres have made a friend for life after getting me out of a few situations.
