    $200 is expensive lol order from synchrotech for much cheaper or any eBay site I don't remember it being anything like that exxy..

    yep from what you've said mate it seems like its the thrust bearing
    think mine was round $50 from ebay

    the procedure for gearbox removal on a dc2r is much the same as a civic
    just follow wynode's guide if you want to do it yourself
    remember to torque the bolts correctly and check the clutch plate while you are at it,
    if its worn, it might be best to replace it while the gbox is off

    ive never had a thrust bearing go on me.. the clutches go before the bearing do with mine and all clutch kits ive bought have had the bearing with it..

    driving style is pretty harsh
