    shocks are serviceable in australia
    customer spring rates

    koni's are good. had them on my DC2 for over a decade and still good (bro now drives the car).
    GC's has lots of good reviews. you'll see more about them on US forums.

    as with the ebay sleeves, this is what i have heard which have made me stay away from them. however, i haven't experienced it for myself though.
    They are standard springs for use on all cars (eg. they are not made for any specific model).
    The height adjusters are made from soft metal and can seize. So, you better get the height right first time round.
    Third, the springs sag.. so even if you get the right height.. they'll be wrong lower a while anyway.
