Everytime i stop at a red light or when i'm idling, my car wants to stall? What might the problem be?

i think it may be your spark leads. they aren't giving enough power to your cylinders which is causing your car to want to stall when u stop.

Nothing to do with electrics. It just wants to stall when idling. The pointer on the rpm gauge goes up and down. Would there be any other reasons?

Yeah, normally my first suggestion as well. Can of carby cleaner about $10-14 at any general automotive shop.

IACV is behind ur intake mani, with 2 pipes and two bolts , to reset ur ecu take out that 7,5amp fuse for about 10 min put it back, idle ur engine with opened radiator cup so the air can easy come out, wait till ur fun start about 20 min, then turn off the engine and then ur sorted
