    DC2 Type R sport?

    Hi guys

Newbie here, and I did some googling and searching but no luck.

I'm looking to get a DC2R in the next few months, and have come across the Type R sport.

What are the differences between it and a normal DC2R?

    Chers

i woulddnt drive it away until he puts the stock nuts on... a tapered aftermarket nut is not safe on an OEM wheel

im pretty sure there are two variations when you pick the ad for you car, sport and just normal type R, i was wondering the same question too
    look here

    http://www.redbook.com.au/used-cars/...&TabId=1407342

but yeh, im pretty also, sure that there was a discussion on this car, whether it was a real type R or a vtir converted insanely to a type R. so just a heads up, this is the dc2r vin/engine number variation

    the vin should look like

JHM/DC2/3/1/... and teh rest is just a check digit, then a letter for the year model and then serial

so the 3 means 2dr 5spd and the 1 means type R, if the 1 is a 8, that means its a vtir. also to look out for, the number on the head should be pr3 not p72.

only blabbering on because someone said this car aint a type R. but if im wrong im wrong
