    eg power mirror wont adjust

So i was installing my spoon style mirrors today, and when i was testing the wiring one of the wires crossed with each other. Now i cant adjust my mirrors via the controls. Ive completed the driver side with the wring and it worked before this happened.

Ive also checked the fuse #13 7.5a (link is still intact) which should be the fuse for the mirrors. Does anyone know what could be the problem
