DC2 Type R Integra VS Holden Gemini SR20det.. who will win?

didnt know where to post this, so sorry if its in the wrong area..

a friend of mine has an ITR with i/h/e and recently got into a little bit of a bet with a guy who owns a sr20det powered gemini, about who would win in a race. not sure what kinda race they were on about, just whats faster in general i guess.. the guy says he will destroy the ITR because his gemini weigh around 600kg..

what do you guys think? imo an ITR will run an s14 or s15 but im not sure about a 600 kg sr20det.. im a huge type R fan and honestly, i dont want to accept the fact that a 4 cylinder nissan is faster hahaha!! and yes, i am abit of a noob! loll

    I've had a ITR (I/H/E) before and now have a 180sx (1200kgs SR20DET)

taken both to the drags and 180sx is clearly faster in general, when it comes to track,, who knows...

take them to the drags and let us know

    u 100% sure a DC2R will out run a S15? (stock vs stock)
altho this is a honda forum, plz, stop yr fascination.
anyway, general speaking an ITR with normal mods stand no chance in front of a 600kg car with SR20

The actual weight of a Holden Gemeni is approxmetly 1ton, so if it is 600KG, I doubt the SR20DET would be 400kg lighter than the stocko engine... or maybe some serious work was put into it?

Either way, the DC2R would kick ass.

mate, take them to the track and let us know what the result is. THis is a pointless thread.

Also, anyone who thinks the ITR will win is a fanboy... plus an Gemini is NOT 600kg...
