Wheel nuts!

Hey,

I bought some anodised red (more like pink now) rays wheel nuts awhile ago. They have severely faded now and I am wondering if there is any like acid or some sort of thing i could throw them in so they remove the colour and return to silver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe get a bench grinder but put buffing wheels on and buff the nuts till they shine ?
