Type R recorded in under sub 7's.

in addition, instead of comparing the ZR with the VTi-R, how about comparing the SX instead? in which case the SX does it in 8.1 seconds

Both the ZR and SX have the same mechanicals. The SX should be quicker since it has fewer luxury features. I reckon the timing of 0-100 was carried out in "ideal" conditions.

Type R should b quicker than celica, but faster than vtir... so really, its in between.... as far as im aware, there good car, alternative to Type-R, with more comfort creature, and with the 6sp manual gearbox, even better for those who like gear changes..... revs jus as hard as B18... so really in a nut shell, a softer version of Type-R....

Look wise, only real good looking ones iev seen are TRD version, veilside and the Trial Demo car...

Btw, it should be 99 celica vs 99 ITR
