I am currently having problem with 3rd Gear as it occasionally grinds and won't go in when change and yes I am clutching correctly, any help will be appreciated.

3rd gear synchros most likely worn. Fairly common problem. Will require gearbox removed and synchros replaced.

^^agreed. maybe try putting new gearbox oil? .. if not then synchros will need replacing.
spoke to ak motorworks about this when i took my car in. apparently it's a very common problem. and see above ^
