Turbo b16a or Turbo b18cr? and help to build street powered

hey guys, just wondering which would be better for a turbo build but for street use only and how much power i would pull ?

Depends what your doing to it... will decide how much power... usually with a good set up without opening the engine at all... could see around 200wkw 'ish mark.

Stock? I'd perfer a B18C for street. Larger displacement, more compression. As for power, too many factors, 110kw-200kw+ at the wheels. The string is long, depends on complete setup - turbo kit, tunner, money etc.

'better' depends on what your defination is.
More power or more economy....

All dependant on $$$ turbo used and setup.

On stock motors from what i've seen
most b16s with 10PSI get about 140kw-180kw
B18C with 10PSI about 150kw - 220kw

More displacement more power, bigger turbo more power....
All depends what you want at the end of the day

well, pretty much just want some pull, probs maybe enough to keep up with other standard turbo cars? eg: skyline or so?

Nope not a built engine. But again, depends on setup and tuner.

What turbo/setup are you running? Its not a lot, but peak power isn't everything...

stock b16 disco potato but there were a few kinks that didnt get sorted out before the tune... rushed it... but still happy (Y)
