    Name me a tire

    Hey guys i've managed to wear out my front tires in short order and right now i'm looking for something

    1. good performance on street (no track duties)
    2. durable
    3. Hopefully under 100 dollars per tire

    Name me a brand?

    ps: i'm running 15 inch wheels

    as a point of reference. How much do things like Falken cost? so i can compare? i am so not going to buy falkens

    15 inch performance tires are about $150-$160

    Semi-slick can be had for $200

    You obviously get what you pay for, but none of your 3 options really match.

    2nd hand tires are about $40 that last approx 12 months

    Nankang are prob the best budget tire around.

    i know wot u mean... I'm trying to find the best balance. I'll check out the nankangs and Simex and Firestone

    then they will bend u over.. in the arse
    and say 400 BUXORS!

    hey man.. u should get some toyo's..
    ring up type power in ascot vale or niddrie..

    Kumho Ecsta 712's are awesome..
    As with the Toyo T1-S and Yokahama ES100...
    All low-medium priced..

    Falken's are a cheaper substitute.. u get what you pay for mate..

    Falkens are alright during the first yr and half.
    After that the compound seems to go hard and slips in the wet.
    I got the Falken 115 for $115 each back then

    now using G3 $120 each
