    Help on deciding mods

    Hey dudes,

Right now I'm currently deciding to get a few mods for my integra vtir. I just need to know which would be a better option.

    Injen cai + xforce header
    or
    Hondata s200 + tuning

I only have a certain budget but I would like to know what would be best to go with? I'm looking for power,

    thanks in advance

Haven't you already got exhaust? Let us know what you've done to your car already?

+1. Do this before tuning so when you finally do get it tuned you'll get the most out of all your mods.

Ps. I walk past this everyday at tafe, looks great!

dean, i think he put on the buddyclub spec 3 alredy. but stock headers.

yeah, do the tuning after all your mods are in! easier. so you dont have to go back and forwards to the tuning shop

    Hey Deano,

I've already got the BC Spec III on the car, just need headers and a CAI. So that completes I/H/E.

If you have a little bit of extra cash you can get 2nd hand Toda/Spoon/Mugen Headers for a good price (~900+), Also you should get a High Flow Cat with those mods since you wouldn't want to bottle neck the flow from the header to the cat back. On my old vti-r i had the JDM DC2R Cat which is a high flow cat, there easy to find and not too expensive (~$150)

I wouldnt bother with an Xforce header, best of saving for something abit better, wont get much gains with Xforce. And yes, CAI and Header 1st, then tune after.
    Getting there...

As most people have said here, a decent set of Headers and cat . Majority of power gain would be through you're headers, so get a decent set

Do you have a budget in mind?
