    Parking Fine

I did not pay my parking fine yet, I think it's been over 21 days.
What happens now? I will get a letter or something?

    you receive a first notice

    So you get,
1st - Parking ticket on the spot where you have 21 days to pay?
2nd - If you still haven't paid they give you a notice to pay it? How long is the notice? Another 21 days?
3rd - time you don't pay they jack it up $50?

Is that what you are saying?

It ends up being a Administration Fee AFAIK.

It bumps it up abit, nothing over $100 though.

I think it's 4 weeks after the first notice lapses.

to OP. if you haven't paid it yet, dont worry. With parking tickets, if u have missed the payment they will always reset it back to first notice when you nominate a different driver.

so even if ur on your third notice just nominate the driver, change it to mum or something, wait for the notice, PAY IT.

NOTE: Thats how it works in melbourne.
