Isn't a k20 conversion very expensive?? Why not opt for a k24 conversion from an accord euro

i think the cheapest k conversion with good gains would be from a k24 + dc5s or standard dc5 gearbox.

a jdm/audm k20a type r would be approx 9k for motor complete + 7k in parts and labour.

    around there..

so 16k for a complete dc5r swap into your eg/ek/dc

damn 9k for a complete motor? just buy a statutory write-off accord euro. If your paitent one will come up and you should be able to snatch it up for 2-4k. then you could sell whats left over to regain some of your money.

K24s are abundant and easy to source either from crv or accord euro.
2nd hand engine shouldn't cost no more than $2-3k

Im sure ive seen complete JDM K20 packages for around $7 grand... importing/buying a half cut/wreck will certainly save u a few bucks.
    Getting there...

    I've seen a JDM DC5 K20 half cut for $7K

And then individual engines for between $3-$4K

Look at Hybrid Racing, they are an American company that specialises in K swaps

That list is for an EG, you will need to change some items to suit other makes of cars.

OR you can quote properly from other websites.
