Valve stem seals - GSI

Would anyone have a rough idea of the cost to replace the valve stem seals and can it be done without removing the head. I read a US thread where a guy said it could be done.

It probably is possible but i wouldn't do it... Your head is a very vital part of your engine, get it done professionally.

Get yourself a VRS kit, take the head off yourself if you can and take it somewhere to get serviced and the seals replaced...
