King springs = cheap but do the job
Bilstein = quality and look good

Is it okay to run aftermarket lowering springs on standard shocks? like TEIN S-Techs?

You may but your shocks will be killed sooner, & ride will not be that comfortable.

Here is mine. I have no idea what the rims are called but they are 18's by 8.5 in front and 9.5 in rear with 225/40 rear and 215 front. I am using BC coilovers which are maxed out in the rear.
