Replacing Accord Euro 2006 dashboard

Hello,
I have Honda Accord Euro 2006 which has a scratch & damage on the dashboard because of attempted theft and no insurance 
The problem if I want to replace the dashboard with a second hand dashboard from wreckers, Honda will charge me about 1000 dollars just for the labour and maybe more.
Does anyone know where in Perth who can help me to replace the dashboard cheaper or anyone has experience replacing the dashboard?
Can we DIY?

you could try local mechanics around perth who could do it for you or you could search online for people who have done this sort of thing for their car and not necessarily on the euro.
