Will this box fit in the back seat of an FD1 VTi-L (with or without seats folded down

    I bought an HKS Hi-Power catback exhaust for my X which measures 73x16x10 (in inches), that's 186cm x 41cm x 25cm.

^ a photo someone took of the exhaust

So do you guys reckon it can fit in the back seat of the Civic FD? I'm guessing I'll need to push the back seats down, and maybe even take my subwoofer out.

Difficult to compare because my Civic is parked at my parents house ><

That's what made me scared when I saw this picture

As for the box... I'm actually getting it delivered to my office, but then I realised I only have my Evo with me nowadays so I can't fit it in the back (there's no fold-down back seat and the front Recaros barely recline) so the Civic might be the best bet.

ps. Yes I agree- messy room. Who puts an HKS exhaust in their bedroom!

remove the packaging of the HKS...it will fit. I manage to fit a entire hks exhaust system for Mazda 3 MPS in a Starlet with all seats fold down

I'm hoping I can take the parts out of the box and that'll fit into the Evo. That should help. If not, I guess I'll be trying to borrow someone's van.

Taking the exhaust out of the box will fit I reckon. I manage to fit Mazda 3 MPS exhaust into a little starlet....So chances are it will fit in fd

HKS always pack their products in oversize packaging.

no it wont...even you push the back seat down it wont go through because its too long and thick(185x25), the hole behind the seat are not big enough to change the angle of entry and the rear part of the box will seat on the rear part of the car...
