Anybody knows what rims are these? It says VIA on them but not sure what model are they..

Hey mate, dunno if this helps, but if you are just after the look, then these Bob Jane generic 16's are pretty much it, minus the cheap can of black pressure-pack;

TBH, dunno where you are located, but I would be happy to swap them for another set of wheels for my LS integra if the offset suits you, as I do not think they suit it at all...
