    k24

i'm in the middle of deciding if i should do a k24 into my eg it is an 93 breeze carby or simple buy one already dne my main worry is people thrashing the guts out of it before they sell where with a fresh motor i no whats being dne to it i am on a budget of about $15k iw would like for that to have
    *5 lug
    *bigger brakes
    *k24 with 6speed
    *kpro
    *efi conversion
    *labour
    *engineed cert
    *fluids
    *e, h, i
im in the process of getting coilovers and camber kit i just want to no if this is possible on this budget
because most of the prices of the eg with k are 15 to 19k as it is i dnt want to spend much more then that i love honda and kswap but if its going to be much more thats gtr money i im getting on my fulls soon so i want something quick thanks

Depends on what you get the gearbox for...
This will determine if you can stay on budget.

It will cost you more to have all of this done. Cheaper to buy one already swapped IMO

Oh, & you'll need wheels& tyres too, so your budget is likley shafted...
Maybe buy one already done. /\

i would buy one swapped if i could get one for a good price i dnt want to pay 17gs for 92 hatch that i dnt no how its been driven and hows its been treated its a lot of money for a hatch even if there is a k in it
people try and get back what they spent on it i see evo 3 with 15gs worth of work and they still only get 10gs and its a more expesive car to begin with.
i will buy 1 already dne if in good cond and healthy motor if anybody has an eg k for sale send me some pics and info

thrashed 4G63 vs thrashed iVTEC K20??? That's why you pay more and that's why you know the Honda is worth it!

If you can't afford a K then get a B18C swapped Civic or something.

Anyway, what's the point with all this 'I don't know what condition the engine is it might be thrashed' business? Won't that be the same story if you get an engine put into your current car? Unless you rebuild the engine lol

I'd rather a thrashed K24 over a thrashed GTR... GTR's are known for them to go POP..... Talking from mates experience lol
