CU2: Performance brake pad options and suspension?

anyone found good pads for the CU2 lately?

Stock pads are boarding dangerous ......... and I"m looking to do a few track days after summer.

Anyone using diff suspension apart from the usual TEINS's? or done research in that area?

Also while I'm at it anyone upgraded their ECU as yet?

    thanks.

I looked into new pads, I'd get Hawk HPS performance street ones. Hawk have 6 different types for CU2 now, and they're cheap!
The only sussy I'd get for my CU2 is the eibach springs. No track for me though.

Mugen have both coilovers and brake pads if you want to go that way, but too expensive for me.

mate just get a set of bendix generals, street and track if u want but there's not gonna be much of a difference. Your biggest ugrade would be to get a set of 4000series slotted rotors

No need to change rotors at over $300 a set of 2, when pads are $50 a set.
The CU2 already has bigger disks than CL9, it's the pads that are the let down.

Kool...i'll call around tmrw for a set. Where did you hear about them?

The problem with aftermarket springs is they all come 1" lower etc.......I want to keep the same ride height as it's low enough.

anyone use the fujitsibo exhaust from hondar as yet? loud?

Not sure if you can get the pads in Australia, you will order from USA.

I use Lucas TRW Pads in my euro (CL9) found them to be perfect. they are great around town, and when u want to thrash around the hilly roads they never seem to fade! im using them with RDA slotted rotors but they should work well with OEM rotors
