    Insurance problem?

Ok well what happened was i was backing out of my drive way in ma parents car, an my uncle who lives across the street backed out as well, an we hit each other

The damage to his car wasnt much, but to my parents, buckled rear door, an wheel arch, and i suspect a bent control arm at the rear, as the rear wheel is cambering like 4 degrees or so..

As i was backing out, a car went pass, suspected that once the car went pass it was clear sailing... next thing, bang....

Now i talked to him, an he says he didnt see me backing out as well, so really were both at fault it seems.....

    How does this work out?

(My old man says his willing to take the fall as im 21, an the excess is like 2k for me :S )

Both at fault. You and your uncle you both had to pay the excess.
    Skip insurance IMO.

You're both a little silly? Look through your rear windscreen!

Well at least it's family mate. Just use insurance or cash, whatever is cheaper
