Cool Ultimate NOOB install for Spoon LEADS and Spoon SOCKS ! PICS !!!!!!

Disclaimer: The following is provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!

Aim: To install Spoon Ignition Leads and Spoon Socks, Anyone Could do this and it only takes about 10mins !!

    Required:
    - Spoon Leads
    - Spoon Socks
    - 10mm Socket
    - Pliers
    - Brains, atleast some

    Step 1 :

    Disconnect Battery !!

    Step 2 :

Mark down each lead 1-4 so you know which lead runs into which plug on the distributor block from the engine !

    Step 3 :

Once finshed marking all the plugs, remove the brackets that holds the leads in place with a 10mm socket, you would only need to remove the bracket in the middle of the rocket cover as i've marked in the pic.

    Step 4 :

Now you can carefully remove the plugs from the engine by pulling the plugs up towards you, they should POP out pretty easy..

    Step 5 :

After removing the plugs from the rocket cover, continue removing the plugs from the distrubitor block by gently pulling it out as your would with the plugs.

    Step 6 :

ok, now lay out the spoon leads and you should see that it has long to short leads, run the longest lead to the right hand side of the rocket cover, when your done you should see that the SPOON leads are already laid out 1-4 so just follow it from longest to shortest and plug them in order from longest to shortest.

    Step 7 :

Now run the plugs to the distrubitor block which you have marked 1-4 before removing your old leads in step 2. Also. Bolt the ground/earth cable to the front of the rocket cover seen in the pic !

    Step 8 :

Before attaching the leads to the clips/brackets, Reconnect the battery and Start the car to see if its working normally, in most cases some people might run the leads to the wrong plug and therefore the car will run on 1-2 or 3 cylinders !!

    Step 9 :

Once fired up and running fine, turn off engine and attach the bracket and attach the plugs to its clips/brackets and your DONE !!

Also, i added some spoon socks !!

Hope you like my DIY !!

    Cheers

Spoon leads look totally out of place in that dirty, ugly engine bay.

Spoon products are generally abit better then OEM so i would say they'd do the job alot better as Spoon products on Honda's are generally made for Endurance purpose....
    ^^ Could be wrong though
