I don't think so.. I heard installation for transroof is a pain in the ass and if it breaks its gg.

i used to have a transtop
and you will be able to take the roof off
    and store it somewhere
but not in your boot like the manual ones.
so your probably going to have to leave it at home

and if theres something wrong with the electronics
you are most likely not gona be able to access the boot
as the whole boot lid operates electronically

    when i had one
it never gave me any problems
was pretty flash! and drove ppl nuts!
but took longer than taking it off manually

Also i got hit from behind when i lost my old crx
and the boot was somewhat lifted
    they wrote the car off
because the electronic parts were too expensive and not worth it frankly
    .opleez.

u can operate the transtop manually with a turning key if the boot lifting mechanic is still working

go for a S2000 if u hv got another car for practical purpose coz s2000 doesn't even hv a glove box lol
u need to stop and hv the e-brake on b4 u can do anything

yeh the handbrake must be pulled up to operate the transtop
plus even if it wasnt to be
you will most likely need both hands to operate it
and its quite fragile..so one little bump while driving and operating the transtop..
ur delsol could be without a boot lol

    i own a del sol and driven s2000 b4

    1) del sol turns more head b4 s2000's 2nd stage vtec kicks in
    2) b's gives better response to mods than f's
    3) everything in s2000 is more precise but then it's a much newer car u know wt i mean
    4) the feeling of "speed" is actually quite close between them

off topic: if i hv the budget for a s2000 i wud consider astra sri turbo and ep3 as well
