u need a good 10g's for a good turbo setup that should see u make 200+kw......
then u gotta take into acount the engine price and conversion stuff u need...........

p.s. that 10g's for turbo gear is wat it owed me on my ITR and that was all my own labour....

Be less than that Tom, 10gs for a top notch setup . Hes asking for a setup equivalent to being as fast or as much grunt as a K swap.

yes but you only need a basic turbo setup to net in the region of 140-150kw.

    computer plus tuning ~$2000
    turbo$1500
    manifold/dump/exhaust $2200
    injectors and fuel pump $600
    cooler and piping $500
    other stuff $1000

still a lot of money. Mine all up was about $8500 and now I am upgrading the turbo so another $2g....
a B16A swap will run you at least $3.5 as I am assuming that you have little mechanical knowledge to install, hence the question asked. K looking a bit more appealing?

Of course now we will get everyone on here saying 'oh but you can do it for $5k' or 'you can do it for $100 bucks' but that is if you are buying second hand or second rate parts and installing the lot yourself

BTW, havent you asked this before?- http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthr...ht=turbo+setup

Yeah I hate to say it cos I love people modifying cars, but you are far better off buying a car already turbo.

Sometimes it is nice to be unique, but EG civics with turbo B-series are reasonably common.
