Ebay HID Headlights set which size ?

hi,
Just want some white lights for my low beam...

Which one would fit the car ? H4 ?
Are they same as civics ?? Is this the one I should buy :

ppl in honda tech forum said H4 is for JDM and 9005/9007 are for USDM....arent our cars like americans rather than Japanese ??

All i can find on ebay america when i search all im getting are 900x

These are my headlights

Civic uses H4 EF EG and EK
early model EU Civic uses H4
but the new ones later don't, I think uses H7 and Hb4

the photo of your lights isnt helpful. take out the globe thats what we need to see

I dont have no manual man

, I posted a pic of the lights so u can tell if light is JDM or AUDM , ....no prelude guy ever changed his lights ?? I cant take the globe out as its hard enuf to take it out then replace it twice !!
