    Budget black EK1 build thread SA

    Alright I've been on Ozhonda for ages and I bought this EK1 Gli last year for $6k and i decided i might as well do a build thread to share what ive done and to show how I want to go about doing things to my car and so people can give me some much needed advice along the way =D

    here are a few photos of the car as it appeared on carsales:

    Now that was 4 months ago so ive done a little bit since. Ill upload photos later but Ive put on a;
    mugen style front lip-JDMyard

    maybe more but nothing comes to mind

    Plans are;

    Bendix Ultimate brake pads all round
    New shocks (undecided-KYB or Monroe probably)

    Yea, the coilovers, decent tyres and great brakes make it great fun. the downside is my front tyres have a lifespan of 8000km lol.

    ill see if i can stick the shift boot in today and take some quick snaps, shes not clean coz of the rain last night but its australia day so i cant really be bothered washing it. if im lucky i might even have time to fit the rear lip which i think needs to be cut to fit coz the exhaust guy put the muffler and tip up too high
