CIVIC EG blow weakly

anyone have any idea why the blower so weak even up to max level ?

i got another EG but it blow twice stronger than this one

not really happy with it especially in hot day!!!

i cleaned the blower, the gateway of the vent but no luck

please advise~~~

Try this

Take out the fan itself - located underneath the glove box , unclip the wiring to it and then remove the 3 bolt holdling it up. Slide the fm out , chances are it's FULL of leaves and crap reducing it's efficiency. Clean it out and reinstall.
This should make it work 100%
