    bolt in swap

use eg throttle body and throttle cable
    use eg manifold
    use eg mounts
    eg wire harness
and keep ur original throttle plate and fuel injectors

u can run the current ECU, maps arent too different
however when mine was done it had some idle problems, it could be related.

    Question

thanks for your help so far. why would i change the inlet manifold and mounts etc on the d16y4 for the ones currently on the d15z1. the d16y4 is in perfect order, i was planning on doing complete drivetrain swap, as i have a complete EG. dont mind changing harness, ecu, etc as i have all this, just need to know if i HAVE to change them. this is a job i only want to do once. they are both 5 speed so this is not a concern. with the d15z1 being fuel injected there is no need to replace fuel pump or lines( i have read elsewhere this might be neccesary) or is there? thanks again.
